Shipping

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I aim to send out items from my online shop within 3-4 working days. For bespoke orders lead times are 3-6 weeks, a timescale will be agreed at the time of ordering. 

Customs and import tax

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Payment options

This website is hosted by Bigcartel. You can pay securely through the shopping cart processed by Stripe or PayPal. I never receive or store your credit card information.

Returns or exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. To request a cancellation you must contact me before the item has been shipped. Due to the nature of bespoke or personalised orders, I can't accept returns on these items, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. IF the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
